You can book directly through our website in just a few minutes. Select your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your service level, and confirm your reservation online.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your arrival to guarantee availability, especially during peak summer months. However, we do accept same-day bookings when possible. Extra charges may apply.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
You’ll need your arrival details (ferry or flight time), the number of bags, and your delivery address. This helps us ensure smooth, on-time service.
Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?
Yes, you can update your reservation by contacting us directly. Changes to arrival time, number of bags, or delivery address are no problem—we’ll adjust to your needs.
What happens if my ferry or flight is delayed?
No need to worry. We monitor ferry and flight schedules on Martha’s Vineyard and adjust your pickup time accordingly. Your luggage will still be delivered safely and on time.
